What is stored on your device
The planner does not request your name, account, GPS location or payment details. It uses this browser’s local storage for language (rato-language), city, minutes, euros and interests (rato-preferences-v1), and up to 30 plans you choose to save (rato-plans-v1). Data remains until you delete it or the browser clears it; it does not sync between devices. It keeps your choices and saved plans. Delete it here, remove individual plans or clear site data in your browser.
Links and external services
Photos and fonts are served by this website. We do not use our own analytics. The Google advertising integration is explained below. Opening a map, official source or WhatsApp takes you to an external service with its own terms and privacy. Plan links contain city, minutes, budget, interests, language and stops; recipients can see these settings. Share only preferences you wish to make visible.
Advertising and cookies: before activation
This website integrates Google AdSense and awaits approval to show ads. Google and its advertising providers may process IP addresses, device data, cookies and other identifiers to deliver, measure and personalise advertising, including based on visits to this and other websites. For the EEA, UK and Switzerland we have published Google’s consent message with Consent, Do not consent and Manage options. Personalisation and storage requiring consent depend on your choice; certain processing may rely on legitimate interest, which you can object to in Manage options. The message identifies providers, purposes and controls. Review or withdraw your choice through Privacy options in the footer. The planner does not request your GPS location; advertising use of precise location requiring consent depends on specific permission. Google and its providers may process data outside the EEA; consult their safeguards, retention criteria and rights in the linked policies and consent message. There is no single retention period for all their identifiers.

Operator and rights
You may request applicable rights of access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability for personal data processed by the operator, and withdraw consent where it is the basis. Use the email below and explain your request; do not attach identity documents unless necessary to establish identity. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Authority. The website has no user accounts, automated decisions about people or submission forms. Local settings and plans are deleted in your browser.

Hosting and technical data
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., on Pages as a static site without server functions. HTTPS delivery and service protection involve technical data such as IP addresses, requests and network data. We do not collect our own analytics or maintain a visitor log. Cloudflare sets retention criteria according to purpose and obligations, rather than a single period for all data. See its privacy and processing terms below.

If you write to the contact email, Eric Garcia Gracia receives your address, message and its technical data to answer your enquiry. The basis is legitimate interest in handling service enquiries. Only your email and an explanation are needed; do not send identity documents or payment information. Messages are retained as needed to resolve the enquiry and, where applicable, meet legal responsibilities, then must be deleted. Enquiries are not used for marketing. The mailbox uses Microsoft Outlook.

Cloudflare provides hosting and Microsoft Outlook the contact mailbox. Their services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area.
